Are you acting to get new customers or not lose the ones you have?
Your focus informs your approach which impacts your messaging.
A focus on getting new customers might make existing / past customers feel unappreciated, which could mean fewer repeat customers—low brand loyalty.
A focus on not losing customers might make you pushy and desperate, which will have the opposite effect—driving customers away.
